Consumers in the EU generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The exact conditions for APROXITY objects will be confirmed by legal review before launch.

How to return an object

• Email support@aproxity.com with your order reference.
• If you already claimed the object, tell us — we reset it so the next owner starts clean.
